★ Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard. The 3ply, 5ply, 7ply and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment: Mill Roll Stand, surface paper (core-paper) pre-heater, single facer, Conveying Bridge, Glue Application Machine, Double Facer, Slitter Scorer, Cut-off, Conveyer and Stacker, Heating System, Air compression system and Glue Making System, etc.
★ Main flute roller：￠360mm（according flute differ），pressure roller￠415mm，preheat roller￠400mm.
★ Using negative pressure type design, low heat loss，helps the core paper to press evenly and close to the surface of corrugated roller, make the corrugate molding better, pressure uniform, the top of corrugate can glue uniform and better, make the single corrugated paper have perfect laminating.
★ Adopt hydraulic drive to complete the paper clamping, loosen, remove for the medium, translation left and right and others，the lifting of the paper adopts hydraulic drive.
★ Brake adjustable adopts multipoint braking system.

★ After the surface of cots is adjusted and tempered, the inner hole is processed, the dynamic balance surface is polished and there are 32 lines of concave net pattern, the glue is uniform and the amount of glue consumption is less.
★ The rotation of the cots is controlled by the variable frequency motor and frequency conversion, and the frequency control ensures that the linear speed of the cots is synchronized with the two sides, and it can operate independently.
★ Adopts novelty thin edge high speed paper cutting, theincisions are level up and velvet.
★ Auto-grinding edge system can be realized in the processof production, non-stop machine grinding edge, Pneumaticcontrol grinding edge set. according to material andcondition of hem, set the interval meter and the grindingtime at any moment.
